Add zoom to new programs UI
when you have more than 10 objects into new programs UI is difficult to see "all picture" and is necesary move the screen lot of times, so many times I use browser zoom, but will more usefull a "internal" zoom into programs

Currently, test messages count toward the frequency cap if the org setting is enabled. This makes testing and reviewing messages extremely difficult for the marketer and likey prevent them from receiving production sends of marketing messages.
