New API: GetFolderList
This API would provide a list of folders and subfolders that are available to the user. Admins would see everything from the Root up, whereas users who are locked to a specific folder would only see the folders from their locked root.

Lookup key option for SendMailing XML API
It would be great if the SendMailing XML API could accommodate a lookup key as well. This could mean the call can be made with either the email address or a lookup key.
